Should you receive an item that is not in the perfect condition/damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of order and we would be happy to provide an exchange.Please note that we don’t have a return policy and we do not accept returns as each piece is made to order but we have a 14 days exchange policy. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after 14 days grace period expired or items are not in the same condition as you received them in.All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original condition as LAFAANI holds the right to not accept returns in case the product appears to be used or damaged. Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. The cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by the customer. The refund amount will not include shipping charges. Please note that we are unable to accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges. Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non -returnable/exchangeable. All orders placed during the sale will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. We do not accept any return, exchange, or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.
