The Open Form products can be exchanged within 7 days for another size or product of the same or higher value.  We do not have a refund policy except for items received in damaged condition. The Open Form products must be returned in good condition, with the labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to The Open Form of all returns, kindly share the tracking details with us. Products once exchanged, will no longer be returnable. Please note, discounted items or custom orders with alterations cannot be returned or exchanged. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, fading, or dye-lot variations. We have a 7 days return or exchange policy subject to the product being in the same condition as you received it, unworn and with the tags intact. We do not have a refund policy except for items received in damaged condition. Kindly note that all our garments are hand dyed and/or hand woven. The beauty of handmade clothing lies in its imperfections.
