Keep it clean

• After every wear, gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and residue.

• Avoid using chemical cleaners or rough fabrics — a little softness goes a long way.

Store it right

• Keep your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.

• Store each piece separately in Qlumsi’s pouches to prevent tangling and scratches.

Most Qlumsi pieces are brought to life by skilled Indian artisans who shape, twist, and craft each design entirely by hand. No machines — just traditional tools, steady hands, and a whole lot of patience.

Because of this process, you may notice light dents, gentle marks, or the slightest variations from piece to piece. We like to think of them as fingerprints of the maker — quiet reminders that your jewellery was touched, not produced.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our facility within 24–48 business hours (1–2 working days) after the order is placed. Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or major public holidays.
