Return & Exchange Policy

At The Chic Indian, Project Second Season is a curated edit of limited, often one-of-a-kind
pieces. Due to the nature of this initiative, our return and exchange policies are more selective than standard retail.

We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns
All purchases made under Project Second Season are final.
We do not offer returns or monetary refunds under any circumstances, except in cases of
verified damage or incorrect product delivery.

Exchange
Exchanges are limited and conditional, and will only be considered in the following cases:

• The same product is available in another size, or
• An alternate product from the same brand is available

Important Notes:

• Exchanges are subject to availability of inventory
  
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intac

Damaged / Missing Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we request you to:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing images/videos as proof
  

Resolution Options:

• Replacement, if the same product is available.
• If not, store credit equivalent to the product value using a unique code.

Store Credit Policy
Approved cases will be resolved via store credit only within 2 days of approvalPlease note
that the 2.36% Razorpay transaction fee will not be refunded.

• Will be issued for the product value
  
• Will be valid only on Project Second Season
• Will have a defined validity period (6 months)

Non-eligible Cases
Returns, exchanges, or credits will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Size or fit issues
• Change of mind
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to photography or handcrafted nature)
• Delays in delivery (unless explicitly approved)
• Products returned due to incorrect shipping details or failed delivery attempts
