Shipping Policy
At The Chic Indian, every piece under Project Second Season is part of a limited, curated
selection. Given the nature of this edit, shipping timelines and processes may differ slightly
from our regular orders.
Order Processing
- All orders are processed once confirmed by the brand.
- Our dispatch timeline starts from the time an order is accepted and the size confirmation is confirmed.
- Since products are sourced from partner brands, each order undergoes a final quality
check before dispatch. - Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days
Shipping Timelines
- Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the brand and product
- Estimated delivery timelines will be mentioned on each product page.
- Most orders are delivered within 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working
days for standard deliveries. - Additionally, shipping timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or
force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural
disasters, extreme weather conditions, strikes, lockdowns, governmental restrictions,
pandemics, or disruptions in logistics and transportation networks. In such cases,
delivery timelines may be extended accordingly.
Shipping Details
- Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address,
including PIN code and mobile number, to ensure smooth delivery. - Once an order has been dispatched, address changes or redirection will not be
possible. - In case of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete details, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Ready-to-ship Products
- Products marked as Ready to Ship will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the
time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed on the next working day, extending
the dispatch timeline accordingly - Weekends, public holidays, and festival periods are not considered working days and may impact timelines
