Été Clothing was founded in 2021 by Nikita Taneja with one simple vision: to design clothing that makes every woman feel confident, independent, and beautiful in her own body type.

Été Clothing is the creation of Nikita Taneja, who studied at Nottingham University and is also an alumna of NIFT. She has spent over 11 years immersed in the fashion industry.

Fashion runs deep in her roots --- both of her grandmothers were from the fashion industry, and their legacy shaped her creative journey. Growing up around fabrics, tailoring, and design gave Nikita a strong foundation and sparked the idea of creating a brand that could bridge style with inclusivity.
Connection to Craft:
Nikita has always had admiration and gratitude for the unseen women behind every garment --- the turpai wali who stitches seams with precision, the artisan who adds embellishments by hand, and the craftswomen who bring detailing to life. Été Clothing is as much about them as it is about the women who wear it.
At the heart of Été Clothing is a close-knit team of designers, artisans, and workers. Together, they shape ideas into garments with care and attention.
We are immensely grateful for the women and men who stand behind our label --- from the pattern master and tailors to the embellishment team, who do delicate hand-finishes. Every piece of clothing is not just designed, but crafted with love and skill.
Our brand focuses on structured fabrics --- cotton blends, crepes, and suiting materials that allow our silhouettes to look sharp yet comfortable. Recently, we have introduced embellishments and hand detailing, adding a more refined edge to our designs.
