By shipping straight from the source, we skip unnecessary steps: reducing transportation, cutting down on materials, and leaving a lighter environmental footprint.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free on all orders in India. Express shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the order. The shipping will be done via the brand partners and not by The Chic Indian.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the lead time mentioned on each product listing page, your location and the label’s estimated delivery timelines. Estimated delivery times will be provided once the courier is dispatched with tracking details on request.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
