Karaari accepts returns only for items that arrive damaged, and only when supported by a complete unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video as proof; without this, we cannot process a return. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong product selection, or damage caused after use. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit based on availability, and return shipping charges for approved cases will be covered by us.
