We work with carefully selected leathers. Variations in tone, grain, or markings are a reflection of the leather’s authenticity. Each piece will develop a natural patina over time, unique to how it’s used. Due to the natural texture of this leather, care should be taken to avoid scratching or contact with liquids, heat or cosmetics. Store your piece in its original Atelier Vedantika dust bag and box. Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, or heat.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant tracking details. We offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Our delivery partner will also contact you directly via email and SMS with your tracking information and delivery updates. Delivery timelines may be impacted by public holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected events.

At Atelier Vedantika, we accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of your order’s delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Package the product(s) securely and carefully in its original ‘Atelier Vedantika’ packaging, as it was sent to you, and include any accompanying accessories such as boxes, dust bags, care booklets etc. Items that show signs of wear or are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Client Services team at clientservices@ateliervedantika.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s value, redeemable on our website for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and cannot be converted into cash. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

If you wish to exchange your item, please indicate your preference while submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
